Shipping Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 11 September 2026 · Subject to final legal review

This policy explains what can be delivered to you, how your address is handled, and what to do if a delivery goes wrong. "We" and "us" mean Bauddhik Aabhyas Edutech Private Limited.

1. What is not shipped

Abacus Striker is an app: your account, practice, games and results are all in it. A competition entry is a place at an in-person event, on a stated date at a stated venue. It is not a product, and it is not shipped.

2. Documents come through the app

Documents such as an admit card, a result or a certificate are produced by the app, and you can download and print them there. Every document a parent receives can also be printed for you, so no family needs a smartphone or a printer to take part.

3. Items that can be delivered

Some items connected to a competition are physical: practice papers and study material, printed certificates, and trophies, medals and prizes. Collecting an item by hand has no delivery charge. Where an item can be sent by courier, the courier charge is shown before you choose it, and it is never added afterwards.

4. Your address

We never ask for a postal address at sign-up, and we do not keep one in case it is needed later. An address is asked for only when something must be delivered.

  • It is saved only after a one-time password sent to the parent's registered mobile number confirms it.
  • It is stored encrypted. Only named administrators doing a specific task can open it, and every access is logged with the reason.
  • It is used only to deliver that item. No other family, student, teacher or volunteer ever sees it.
  • It is never changed quietly. A corrected address takes effect only after the parent confirms it with a one-time password.

5. If a delivery goes wrong

Check what you receive. If a parcel arrives damaged, opened or incomplete, or does not arrive at all, tell us. Every complaint gets a ticket number; we acknowledge it within 24 hours and resolve a general grievance within 7 days.

If the fault lies in the despatch or with the courier, such as a wrong item or damage in transit, the item is replaced, or refunded where a replacement is not possible.

6. Contact

Write to our Grievance Officer with your registered mobile number or email address and the competition ID of the entry concerned. Section 12 of our Terms of Use sets out the governing law.
