Bauddhik Aabhyas Edutech Private Limited

Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 11 September 2026 · Subject to final legal review

This policy explains when a refund applies, how it reaches you, and your rights if something goes wrong. "We" and "us" mean Bauddhik Aabhyas Edutech Private Limited.

1. Playing in the app is free

Practice, Games, Class Battles and 1v1 Races in the Abacus Striker app are free. No game in the app can be entered by paying, so there is nothing to refund for them.

2. Competition entries

Each competition is published in the app with its own cancellation and refund rules. They are shown to you before you pay, and they are the rules for that entry, so please read them before you register your child.

3. The price you are shown

Before any payment, you see a single total with its full breakup, every charge itemised line by line. Nothing is added at the end that was not on that screen.

4. How a refund reaches you

A refund goes back the way the money was paid, and it is recorded with a reference number you can ask for. No handling or processing charge is deducted.

Once a refund is approved, it is sent within 7 working days. After that, how long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank. If it has not arrived after a reasonable time, tell us and we will give you the reference number to take to your bank.

5. If a payment looks wrong

If you think money was taken wrongly, tell us first: it is usually faster than a dispute. You also keep the right to raise a dispute with your own bank, under its rules and time limits.

6. Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. How to ask

Write to our Grievance Officer with your registered mobile number or email address, the Student Profile concerned, and what the payment was for. Every request gets a ticket number. We acknowledge it within 24 hours and resolve a general grievance within 7 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can take the matter to a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the Central Consumer Protection Authority. Section 12 of our Terms of Use sets out the governing law.
